U.S. Bank Foundation has awarded Grand Vision Foundation a “Community Possible” grant in support of our Meet the Music (MTM) program. This generous grant will allow us to continue bringing high-quality, California Arts Standards-based music education to over 2,000 elementary school students each year in the LA Harbor area and beyond. Through MTM, students build a strong musical foundation, gain self-confidence and relate to diverse cultures. MTM introduces students to a range of musical genres, instruments and cultural traditions, sparking their curiosity and fostering lifelong appreciation for the arts.

Meet the Music Students’ Recital

Music education plays a vital role in empowering young people. It helps children build their creativity, improve academic performance, and cultivate social-emotional skills. At Grand Vision, we believe every child deserves access to these benefits, and support from U.S. Bank Foundation ensures we can keep delivering on this mission.

“All of us deserve to experience the joy we receive from opportunities to play, create, and immerse in arts and culture,” said Wendy E. Chau, community affairs manager at U.S. Bank. “We’re proud to invest in organizations like Grand Vision Foundation’s Meet the Music to help more people access the benefits of art and cultural activities, making our communities stronger and more vibrant.”

We extend our gratitude to U.S. Bank Foundation for their continued support and shared belief in the transformative power of music education. Together, we are making a difference, and inspiring a new generation of creative thinkers and leaders.
