Bob Malone is a prolific and highly sought-after keyboardist, both in the studio and on tour. After starting piano lessons at nine years old and finding rock and roll at 15, Malone’s connection with the keys was in full swing.
Malone’s extensive studio work includes collaborations with renowned musicians and television soundtracks. In 2017, he recorded a song at Ringo Starr’s house for the former Beatle’s album Give More Love. He plays on two studio albums of John Fogerty’s — whose touring band he was a part of from 2011 to 2023 — as well as piano and organ on Fogerty’s duets with Bob Seger, Miranda Lambert and Keith Urban. Malone can also be heard on TV — he arranged original scores for “Entertainment Tonight,” “The Rachael Ray Show” and “Dr. Phil.”
Universal Pictures also featured his recording of “You’re A Mean One, Mr. Grinch” in the promotional trailers for their 2018 film “The Grinch.”
Malone’s career also includes numerous tours, festivals and TV performances. In addition to touring with John Fogerty, he also performed in his band on “Late Night with David Letterman,” “Good Morning America” and “The View.” He has also performed at festivals in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Italy and China, and plays over 100 solo shows a year in cities around the world. In fact, he is on tour in Europe right now!
Malone will be back in the United States on October 11 to play his signature foot-stomping piano show at the Grand Annex. Get your tickets now to experience this renowned “keyboard wizard” live!
