As a young musician just starting out, Jeff Dayton found himself working alongside top-tier touring artists, and even Dizzy Gillepsie, each of whom gave him a deep sense of the value of “the groove.” He formed his own band, met up with Campbell, and his career took off.
In 2017 after Campbell passed away, Dayton added to his own repertoire his “Salute to Glen Campbell” show, which has since sold out to standing ovations in cities all over North America.
