Rent the Grand Annex Music Hall
The Grand Annex Music Hall is a 150-seat cabaret-style theater and flexible multipurpose space. Renters have used it for filming, presentations, dance performances, recitals, meetings, art shows, fundraisers, parties, concerts, plays and even as a green room.
Grand Annex rental rates range depending on the type of event and its requirements. We offer discounts for non-profit organizations. Renting agreements may include use of the projector and on-stage screen, the flat screen television monitor on stage left, the fully equipped sound and lighting system, tables and chairs, and back kitchen.
