The Grand Annex Music Hall is a 150-person capacity cabaret-style theater and flexible multipurpose space. Renters have used it for performances, parties, filming, meetings, art shows, fundraisers and even as a green room.

Rental rates range depending on the type of event. Packages are available for public performances, private parties/events, meetings and filming. Custom quotes can also be created. The Annex is available for tours during business hours Monday through Friday, 9 AM-6 PM. Please call ahead to ensure availability. Book the Annex now for all your event needs!
