Art Saloon has a new vibe this First Thursday! Hear Ned Evett followed by SynthLab musicians presented in partnership with Findings Art Center. This month, the music starts earlier at 5:45 PM with hosts Chris and Emily Huff then Ned plays at 6:10 PM.
Ned Evett is a world-class guitarist and inventor of the glass-necked fretless guitar whose technical brilliance puts him in the same echelon of virtuosos like Steve Vai and Joe Satriani. Further cementing his creds in the prog rock world, Ned’s 2012 album, Treehouse, was produced by the avant-garde guitarist and producer Adrian Belew. SynthLab is a Long Beach-based collective of electronic musicians and visual artists. They produce multimedia concerts featuring original music, live video projections, and interactive installations, spanning genres from ambient and techno to experimental sound.
fINdings Art Center, in collaboration with Grand Vision’s Annex Arts Saloon, presents artworks curated by Henry Krusoe.
Henry Krusoe is an Otis College graduate and has been an Angels Gate Cultural Center resident artist since 2019, creating multimedia artwork spanning analog and digital formats.
