When bandleader, Roby Duron was just 12, his dad, a rock-n-roll pianist, taught him a handful of chords and that was all it took to ignite a lifelong love of playing the blues.
Today, he has mastered Vaughan’s style, earning recognition as a 2005 National Finalist in Guitar Center’s “Guitarmageddon” competition and as the 2008 “Best Blues Guitar Player” from Rock City News-LA. And, just to give the show another touch of authenticity, the band’s keyboardist, Noel Deis, actually played with Vaughan himself!
