The Warner Grand Theatre is owned and operated by the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs. Grand Vision is the Friend’s Group to the Theatre. As the Friends, we assist the theater with advocacy, a corps of trained volunteers, restoration projects and the marketing of its events.
Grand Vision successfully advocated for the City of Los Angeles to commit to a major renovation of the Warner Grand Theatre so it can be enjoyed for generations to come!
On January 1st, 2024, the City temporarily closed the theatre for essential upgrades, including ADA accessibility, plumbing, electrical, and earthquake retrofitting – all the while keeping the beautiful historic elements of the theatre intact.
This event is pending the status of the Warner Grand Theatre’s renovation, which is being carried out by the City of Los Angeles and its Department of Cultural Affairs.
