Invitation to join the Grand Vision “Legacy Society”

Your planned giving “Legacy Gift” contributes to the long-term sustainability of Grand Vision Foundation, supporting the Warner Grand Theatre, The Grand Annex and the arts in our community for years to come. For those of you who have important memories of the Warner Grand Theatre, and/or you value Grand Vision’s guiding principles, this is a call to action. You can leave a legacy for Grand Vision Foundation, an organization which you have helped nurture and grow.

We encourage you to consult with your financial advisor to discuss the tax implications of these options. You can commemorate your decision with a letter of testamentary intent. You can also name Grand Vision Foundation as a beneficiary in your will or through the following means:

Bequests

One of the easiest ways to help involves simply naming Grand Vision Foundation as a beneficiary in your will and living trust.

Life Insurance Policy and Retirement Assets

You can name Grand Vision Foundation as a partial beneficiary of these assets.

Life Income Gifts

Life income gifts – like charitable remainder trusts and charitable gift annuities – allow you to leave a gift in the care of Grand Vision Foundation while earning income for yourself during your lifetime.

Complex Gifts

If you are a business owner, own real property or have any other type of complex asset, there are giving options that can help Grand Vision Foundation and benefit your family financially.

Legacy Society members become a special part of the Grand Vision Foundation donor family, and are honored in several ways, unless they prefer to make their gift anonymously:

  • Public recognition at the Theatre and Grand Annex as mutually agreed upon;
  • Tributes in our Grand Vision newsletter and recognition on our website;
  • Recognition at our Gathering for the Grand gala, and at a pre-gala event.

Please contact us to discuss planned giving or to join the Legacy Society.
