Windy City Entertainment Inc. presents the 2nd Annual SAN PEDRO MUSIC FESTIVAL<\/p>\n
This is a FREE event open to all ages.<\/p>\n
The exciting lineup includes a tribute to Stevie Wonder by his backing ensemble WonderLove. Other performances by international jazz\/soul singing sensation Windy Barnes, The Habits, a local favorite alternative pop duo, Victor Orlando & Fun-Ja-La, Resurrection Road, Wylde Bunch, AnDre Washington, Heru Yahli and many more. Mistress of Ceremony is Broadway, film and television star, Roz Ryan. Local vendors will present eye-popping merch and local restaurants and food trucks will offer tasty bites during intermissions.<\/p>\n
A $50 VIP reception from 3-4pm, features music by the Dynamic Duo, a silent auction, fun raffles, the \u201cPurple Carpet\u201c and lots of celebrity sightings will kick off the evening creating fun memories to last a lifetime. \u201cIt\u2019s the perfect time to honor our planet and our ancestors as we celebrate professional musicians for their dedication to healing the earth through their musical gifts and talents,\u201d said Windy Barnes Farrell. \u201cWe are back and thrilled to safely offer a music festival that represents the demographic makeup of San Pedro and brings all ages together in a fun and meaningful way.\u201d<\/p>\n
Sponsors are LA County Supervisor Janice Hahn and Windy City Entertainment Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Proceeds will support WCE\u2019s Heal My Family Program.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur main purpose is to assist families with grief counseling, food and funeral expenses after the loss of a loved one due to gun and gang violence in San Pedro and the greater Los Angeles area,\u201d said Windy Barnes Farrell, founder and president.<\/p>\n
