The magic of the Encanto has blessed every child in the family with a unique gift — every child except Mirabel. However\, she soon may be the Madrigals last hope when she discovers that the magic surrounding the Encanto is now in danger. \nENCANTO kicks off San Pedro’s annual Día de Los Muertos celebrations on 6th & Mesa\, from 3 PM to 9:30 PM. Come celebrate with us\, visit with your friends\, and be inspired by the colorful creativity of a rich\, sacred\, and profound cultural tradition. \nDonations: Fueling Creativity and Community: While the Encanto Matinee is open to all with no admission fee\, we invite you to consider donating. DESCRIPTION:South Bay Wind Ensemble in Collaboration with Grand Vision present\nFrankenstein Alive in Concert \nSouth Bay Wind Ensemble is thrilled to begin our 2023/2024 season with “Frankenstein: Alive in Concert” on October 28. The classic 1931 film has sound and dialog\, but no music. So now\, South Bay Winds are providing the music with a 2002 score by composer Michael Shapiro. \nWe are also featuring another 1931 classic—the Warner Grand Theatre itself! Both “Frankenstein” and the Warner Grand were introduced to Los Angeles in 1931. And we celebrate that history with a medley of Warner Bros. movie favorites from the 1930s to today\, with a special slideshow highlighting the history of the Warner Grand\, provided by Grand Vision Foundation! \nTickets are on sale now.
