DESCRIPTION:Glen Campbell remains one of the most well-respected musicians who bridged the line between country and pop. Jeff remembers his 15 years as Campbell’s bandleader and pays tribute to the music and legacy of his mentor and friend. Hear Wichita Lineman\, Gentle On My Mind\, Southern Nights and more. \nAs a young musician just starting out\, Jeff Dayton found himself working alongside top-tier touring artists\, and even Dizzy Gillepsie\, each of whom gave him a deep sense of the value of “the groove.” He formed his own band\, met up with Campbell\, and his career took off. \n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				In 2017 after Campbell passed away\, Dayton added to his own repertoire his “Salute to Glen Campbell” show\, which has since sold out to standing ovations in cities all over North America.
